    Q. Do you only offer proxy services for stationery?
    A.     No! I can purchase from any Korean online shop.

    Q. The fees are confusing, can you give me an example?
    A.     From 1 shop, under 10 items: Item total + $3 proxy fee.

    Q. How do I know if my item has arrived?
    A.     A photo will be sent to you once your package has been unboxed.

    Q. How do I ship my package?
    A.     Once you're ready to ship, please send me a DM. Your package will be repacked and shipped within 7 to 10 days.

    Q. I received my package, but an item is missing
    A.     If the item was shown in the arrival photo I sent but is missing from your package, please contact me as soon as possible. If it was not in the photo and you already confirmed everything was correct, I’m not able to provide further support.
