General Info

  • .ᐟ No refunds/cancellation - Please be certain about your purchase before placing an order.
    .ᐟ You are responsible for all shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties.
    .ᐟ I am not responsible for any damages made during shipping.
    .ᐟ I am not responsible for any lost or missing packages.
    .ᐟ I am not accepting requests for packing videos!
    ᐟ There might be some glue residue on the side, but it does not affect the use of the sticker book and is not a reason for a refund.

  • .ᐟ Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Packages sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded or resent. If you notice any issues, contact me on Instagram right away!

    .ᐟ Your order will be shipped within 10-15 days after payment. Please note that unexpected delays may happen. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Payment Methods

    The following payment methods are currently available: Paypal, Credit Card, Zelle, Japanese Bank Transfer.

    Please contact me on Instagram to proceed with your payment for the following options: Zelle, Japanese Bank Transfer, Credit card.

  • Refund/Return Policy

    If there are any defects or missing items, please provide a full, unedited unboxing video.

    Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package to be eligible for a refund.

    Returns are not accepted. 

  • Order Processing Time

    In-stock items are typically shipped within 10-15 days after payment.

    Made to order items require a longer processing time before shipment.

    Once shipped, delivery generally takes 7-15 days, but may vary depending on your local customs and delivery service.

  • Shipping Methods

    I currently ship using Korea Post, USPS, GOFO Express.

    Shipping usually takes 7–15 days! Please note it may take a bit longer if there are customs or local delivery delays.

    Tariffs included in shipping fee for US customers.

  • Product Restocks

    All products are limited in quantity. If a product sells out, it most likely won’t be restocked. But random restocks may happen!

    Please note that restocks are always uncertain.

  • Shop Updates

    New shop updates are usually on the weekend! All updates are posted on my Instagram: @ykmoongubang

  • Combine Orders

    Orders can be combined!

    Please make sure to add the "combine order" add-on.

    Any remaining shipping fee will be automatically refunded to you after your order has been shipped!

  • Sticker Storage

    Sticker books and sticker sheets may start curling if not stored properly in a plastic bag, especially in humid weather.

    Please note that this is not considered a valid reason for a refund.
