We do not accept returns, so please read carefully before placing your order.
Defects / Missing Items
If your order has any defects or is missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. To be eligible for a refund or partial refund:
You must provide a full, unedited unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
The video should clearly show the condition of all items upon arrival.
Without this video, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
Damages During Shipping
We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. All orders are packed with care, but once shipped, they are out of our control.
Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order. If there is an issue with tracking, we recommend contacting your local postal service for assistance.
Inventory Errors
Some items in your order may be refunded if there is an inventory error and the product is no longer in stock. While we do our best to prevent this, mistakes can occasionally happen. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience if this affects your order.
Refunds
If your refund is approved (in the case of defective or missing items), it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
