Shipping Policy
Processing & Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 6 to 7 business days after your order confirmation email is sent. This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, or you can check your order status anytime under “My Account.”
Please be aware that delays can happen, especially during busy seasons or due to carrier issues. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Costs, Duties & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for covering all shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes that may apply once the parcel reaches your country. These fees are not included in product pricing and must be handled by the recipient.
Shipping Address
Please take a moment to verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not liable for deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders sent to the wrong address. If you spot a mistake after ordering, please contact us immediately at ykmoongu@gmail.com.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow some time for tracking details to update after shipment.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during transit. Once your order leaves our hands, the shipping carrier takes full responsibility for delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier to file a claim.
Undeliverable & Abandoned Packages
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or customs refusal, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility to resolve the issue with the local postal service.
Unfortunately, packages already in the destination country may not be returned to us and could be discarded by the carrier or customs authorities. Please order with care and at your own risk.
Final Sale Policy
All orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
That said, if your item arrives in poor condition or if there's another issue with your order, please contact us at ykmoongu@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll review your case individually and do our best to assist.
